Favorite movies and their dialogue?

In the spirit of the story I released today, I was curious to know about favorite movies in which the dialogue was brilliantly written. There are so many that come to mind, but one notable shot to the top recently when I was reminded of a Quentin Tarantino film titled, "Inglorious Bastards". Say what you want about this particular film maker, I think he does a great job of creating tension in scenes. Where two or more characters do nothing more than engage in conversation with each other. They dance around verbally, feeling the other one out. Investigating motives, eventually leading to an explosive climax inside the scene itself. Usually rather bloody ones. Those moments I find fascinating. When a book or film can make you do nothing but hang on to the words of the characters within them only to make you guess or interpret the weight of each utterance, it is a powerful feeling.
