What is your favorite series of ALL time? (From Feb 2025 Newsletter)

Personally, my favorite series would have to be "The Lord of the Rings". I know, wow! A nerdy fantasy author's favorite series is LOTR? Who would have thought that? Literally everyone! I've loved the film trilogy since their debut in the early 2000s, and I really enjoyed the books. I am sad to admit, however, that I did not finish the ENTIRE series when I was a teen. I got distracted. I think I finally discovered girls or something... Priorities, am I right? Future goal is to reread the WHOLE dang series through and through (maybe not "The Silmarillion". We'll see). It truly is amazing how impactful an immersive story can be on one's life. I can safely say that without Tolkien's work, I and other writers like me would not have begun their great fantasy writings.
